Every order ships to the address you choose — no branch trip, no collection queue.
Bulky & palletised goods
Boilers, cylinders, suites and pallet quantities are quoted separately at checkout so you only pay the true carriage.
Trade account delivery
Account holders can schedule project deliveries and consolidate drops across a job.
Damaged on arrival?
Note visible damage when accepting the delivery where possible, then tell us promptly so we can assess the issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
